What is your return policy?

    Guys this is a bad policy. I bought a device from one of your retailers and it broke within the first week. It just stopped working. The K-smoke of Redmond who is on your list, told me that if I wanted to return it I had to send it to you guys and you guys say you don't accept returns. This is really shitty.
